My stay at the hotel was a mix of incredible and somewhat lacking. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, boasting a full kitchen and beautiful dark wood paneling with a blazing fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options. The service was efficient and friendly, meeting all my needs promptly. The location was stunning, offering quintessential New England views, but it lacked proximity to certain attractions. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I felt like royalty staying at this gorgeous resort! The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy - exactly what you'd expect in a castle. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of the family. The location was perfect, near exciting attractions like the Long Branch Brewery and Buttermilk Falls. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the dining options could be more exciting, and the room rates were a bit high.

Wow, my stay at the hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were spacious and luxurious, complete with majestic dark wood paneling and a blazing fireplace. The staff, especially Paula, were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had a 42-inch HD TV, a separate bedroom with a 32-inch TV, a full kitchen with top-notch appliances, a full bath with a walk-in shower and jetted tub, and even a half bath! The size of the rooms was impressive, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was stunning, situated in a beautiful and quintessential New England setting. I enjoyed sunny autumn foliage and even saw snowflakes during the reception. The tour and history of the castle provided by MJ were exceptional, although getting in and out of the tub was a bit tricky due to the lack of handrails.
